About the role

The Position We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Conversation Intelligence product suite. This role involves defining roadmap for a product that leverages AI and machine learning to provide deep, actionable insights from customer conversations, including AI-generated call transcripts, summaries, and sentiment analysis. The goal is to empower small businesses and agencies to better understand their customers, identify pain points, recognize opportunities, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience driving the end-to-end development and launch of sophisticated data and AI-powered analytics products. They will possess exceptional analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform product decisions and demonstrate clear ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly talk to customers, define and analyze data, and be diligent in discovering relevant evolutions in technology and the marketplace
  • Clearly define and articulate customer problems, gaps, and opportunities that will deliver the most value to the customers and the viability for the business
  • Stay on top of AI/ML market trends and competitive landscape
  • Be a great partner to engineers and designers in discovering the best solutions to those problems
  • Own your roadmap and its execution, including responsibilities like defining features, writing acceptance criteria and user stories, refining wireframes and prototypes, test plans, and release checklists
  • Communicate functionality and release plans internally to the stakeholders across the company
  • Prioritize product development work for your team and manage the backlog of features based on company priorities
  • Define and track measures of success for your domain and report regularly on findings, learnings, and next steps
  • Maintain constant communication with the product, engineering, CX, sales, and marketing teams
  • Ensure we ship incredible features and improvements that meet the timing needs of the market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of launching successful data, analytics, or AI/ML-driven products. (Direct experience in Conversation Intelligence, Speech Analytics, or Business Intelligence is highly desirable)
  • Deep understanding of the principles of Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning model interpretation, and data visualization best practices
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear product requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy from concept through execution in an agile environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse audiences (technical teams, executives, customers)
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Atlassian/Jira) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Pendo, Tableau, FullStory)
  • Proficiency with prototyping (e.g. FigmaMake, Lovable) and AI prompting tools
  • Experience with B2B SaaS models and understanding how rich customer insights drive business value (e.g., improving sales coaching, optimizing marketing campaigns, reducing churn)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply!
