About the role

This is a remote Senior Product Manager position focused on developing and implementing contact center strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, strong analytical skills, and a passion for improving customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for enhancing customer service through advanced technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that can drive product innovation.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful product releases and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation necessary for product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Pay
