Sr. Product Manager (Contact Center Platforms -US)
Job Description
The Senior Product Manager oversees the end to end management of assigned products, services and programs including features, benefits and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet the Bank's profit and loss objectives. The role is responsible for building the value proposition the business wants to deliver and mapping the investments required to get there. This role is also responsible for formulating strategy, policy and overall direction of the identified product or suite of products portfolio.

Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree or product certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience
- Previous Product experience required
- Experience in leading strategy strongly recommended
- Advanced knowledge of and ability to conduct product research, product analysis and development, forecasting, pricing, competitive intelligence
- Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of product initiatives
- Ability to forecast and contribute to strategic direction of the product management function and provide advice to senior leadership
- Ability to establish goals and objectives that support the strategic plan
- Advanced ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of product initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ yrs of experience in managing a prioritized backlog of feature / investment requests preferred
- Contact Center product distribution, strategy, and/or product management experience, such as: (preferred)
- Application product ownership within financial services distribution channels, e.g. digital, branch/store, and/or contact center channels
- Scaled agile delivery product delivery
- Platform innovation planning, process and application improvement
- 5+ years of experience in leading initiatives which create change and advance a business forward preferred
- Ability to collaborate across a diverse set of internal customers, technology providers, governance and control partners, and product group teammates preferred
