Senior Product Manager - Commercial Lines

Indiana Farmers Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as a strategic business leader responsible for the performance, direction, and long-term success of one or more insurance product lines. You will leverage data, financial analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business results. Working closely with executive leadership and business partners across the enterprise, you will influence key decisions that strengthen our competitive position and create lasting customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy across complex or multiple lines of business.
• Manage product portfolios or broader line-of-business performance.
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or related business functions.
