Senior Product Manager, Classroom Experience

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the school's digital learning environment, ensuring seamless integration with various educational platforms and providing technical support to teachers and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school’s digital learning environment, including Clever and other educational platforms.
• Provide technical support to teachers and students, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on using the digital tools effectively.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect student and staff information.
• Collaborate with IT teams from partner schools to ensure consistent functionality across the network.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the digital infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education technology.
• Strong understanding of digital learning environments, including Clever and other educational platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with data privacy and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services and virtual private networks (VPNs).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
