Responsibilities
- Own and define the vision for the company’s Catalog, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage
- Accelerate the availability of new events and optimize catalog freshness
- Identify enhancements to catalog data that improve the fan experience and streamline operations
- Collaborate with operations teams to create scalable catalog data management processes
- Work with analytics to set critical catalog health metrics and monitoring dashboards
- Act as a company ambassador for Catalog, promoting its importance and celebrating achievements
- Leverage AI and emerging tech to automate catalog processes and enrich data representation
- Mentor junior product team members and strengthen team culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive contexts
- Proven track record of delivering foundational data or catalog products
- Strong data fluency with experience in defining quality metrics
- Experience with internal tooling and designing workflows for seamless data integration
- Customer empathy and a solid sense for product visuals and usability
- Excellent communication skills, proficient with prototyping tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies for data enhancement is a plus
