Responsibilities

• Own the Strategy: Develop and implement features and capabilities to position Conversion services as ready for AI integration to support future conversions across Partnerships and the Enterprise.
• Lead the Charge: Create the next generation of software that simplifies and speeds up the Conversion process for both customers and the business.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Product Managers to achieve key outcomes and experiences as part of the Discover backbook conversion program.
• Influence Major Results: Influence major results that significantly impact the success of Capital One's Partnerships business and beyond.

Requirements

• Proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Qualifications

• Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Skills

• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Pay

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
• McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
