About The Team
Join the Partnerships Conversions Product team to lead a major modernization program transforming how credit card portfolios convert to Capital One. In this high-impact role, you will:
- Own the strategy by developing and delivering features that position Conversion services as Agentic AI-ready, supporting future conversions across Partnerships and the Enterprise.
- Build next-generation software to make conversions easier and faster for customers and the business.
- Lead a team of Product Managers driving key outcomes and experiences for the Discover backbook conversion program.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following (with the degree expected on or before the scheduled start date):
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field), Business, or Marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI), which may be discretionary or non-discretionary.
- Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager, Product Management).
- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $164,800 - $188,100 (Manager, Product Management).
- Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager, Product Management).
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, with the actual salary reflected in the offer letter.
