About The Team

Join the Partnerships Conversions Product team, leading a major modernization program to revolutionize how credit card portfolios convert to Capital One. This high-impact role involves:

  • Owning the strategy to develop and deliver features that make Conversion services Agentic AI-ready, supporting future conversions across Partnerships and the Enterprise.
  • Building next-generation software to simplify and accelerate conversions for customers and the business.
  • Leading a team of Product Managers to drive key outcomes and experiences for the Discover backbook conversion program.

This role offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to influence major results impacting Capital One’s Partnerships business and beyond. Ideal for those passionate about product leadership, modern technology, and driving business efficiency.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following (with the degree expected on or before the scheduled start date):
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field), Business, or Marketing.
  • OR a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours. Incentives may include performance-based cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI), which could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.

  • Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager, Product Management).
  • McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $164,800 - $188,100 (Manager, Product Management).
  • Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 (Sr. Manager, Product Management); $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager, Product Management).

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, with the actual salary reflected in the offer letter.
