Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering and data science teams to define detailed product requirements and technical specifications for Generative AI solutions.
- Translate customer and market needs into clear, actionable roadmaps and product features, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic vision.
- Drive product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI features and applications.
- Conduct deep technical analysis of the AI/ML technologies that underpin the platform, influencing design decisions and product architecture.
- Own the product’s go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and refine the product roadmap based on user needs, technical challenges, and market trends.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Monitor key product metrics and ensure alignment with performance goals, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related field, with a focus on technically complex products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including experience with Generative AI, data pipelines, and model operationalization.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technically sound and scalable AI solutions.
- Demonstrable ability to break down complex technical problems into user-friendly features and product experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing full product lifecycles, from research and ideation to launch and iteration.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

California Base Pay Range $165,000—$228,000 USD
