Senior Product Manager - Business Lending

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the business lending product suite
• Drive the complete customer journey from eligibility to repayment
• Partner with risk and data teams to create effective underwriting experiences
• Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure a seamless application process
• Work with legal and compliance for regulatory adherence
• Define and track key metrics to prioritize product development
• Leverage customer insights and market research to guide product evolution
• Cook up with marketing, sales, and support for successful product launches

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or relevant experience, including 2+ years in regulated financial domains like lending or credit
• Experience building and scaling lending businesses
• In-depth knowledge of the lending lifecycle: origination, underwriting, servicing, repayment
• Proven track record of launching AI-driven customer-facing products
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and data scientists
• Strong customer empathy with a balance of growth and compliance
• Experience using data to inform decisions and drive measurable outcomes
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and set direction in a fast-paced environment
