Senior Product Manager - Atlassian Government Cloud

Responsibilities

• Work directly with US Government customers and their partners to understand their missions, requirements, and needs, and translate those into actionable requirements for engineering
• Co-create product strategy and roadmap with peer PMs, engineering, and compliance leaders; frame trade-offs and sequence milestones for FedRAMP High and IL5
• Drive cross-functional execution, clarifying scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; surface risks early and propose mitigation paths
• Collaborate with field and customer teams to establish design partnerships and gather feedback from federal agencies and primes; represent the roadmap in customer and executive forums
• Inform pricing and packaging decisions and support launch readiness across sales, marketing, customer success, and support
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally, helping your peers and supporting teams to understand the customer experience, regulatory realities, and mission
• Drive success for Atlassian and our Customers

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience with FedRAMP Moderate/High and DoD SRG/IL5 at scale, including familiarity with authorization processes and working with assessors
• Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 and RMF; awareness of related frameworks such as CMMC and ITAR where relevant to SaaS
• Fluency with cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS; GovCloud experience preferred) and how they map to control implementation
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives, make scope/sequence trade-offs, and communicate clearly with executives, regulators, and customers
