Senior Product Manager
Position Summary

What you'll do...
Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the omni-channel commerce strategy.
Spend time in the field to build a deep understanding of customer needs, so that you can make high-impact product decisions.
Use data and customer insights to prioritize product investments based on customer & business impact.
Work with your partners in engineering and design to efficiently define, validate and ship products that deliver impact for customers.
Evangelize your product vision to drive cross-functional understanding and alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
Lead alignment across engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

This position is located in Sunnyvale, California US-11657 with an annual salary range of $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 and Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735 with an annual salary range of $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
