Senior Product Manager
About the role
RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions. We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America. The role is compensated between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses or commissions based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Product Lead supporting buy-side network operations and carrier sales technology initiatives
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned to business goals and operational priorities
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to shape future product vision and gain alignment on priorities
- Lead ideation, discovery, hypothesis generation, and validation to guide product strategy and feature prioritization
- Gather and prioritize product requirements to improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development to maintain a value-driven delivery pipeline
- Define release plans, timelines, and implementation strategies for new features and enhancements
- Coordinate with marketing, training, support, security, and legal teams for go-to-market planning
- Leverage user feedback, analytics, and operational insights to continuously improve products and workflows
- Drive product adoption and support managed services initiatives across RXO’s network
- Mentor and provide strategic guidance to team members and execution teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of Product Management experience
- 2+ years of experience in international pricing and/or operations, including Customs & Border Crossing, CL, LCL, and Air Freight
- 2+ years of experience supporting RFPs, bids, pricing strategy, contracts, and revenue management
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or scientific disciplines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience leading products through the full product lifecycle
- Experience working cross-functionally in agile product and technology environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
- Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks, roadmap management, and OKRs
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology
- Experience with managed services, SaaS platforms, or two-sided networks
- Experience with AI-enabled platforms, intelligent workflows, automation, or decision-support systems
- Experience in data analytics, engineering, or data science environments
- Interest in mentorship and future people leadership opportunities

Schedule
The role is primarily onsite Monday–Thursday, with work from home on Fridays. The office locations are in Naperville, Chicago, or Charlotte.
