Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Engaging regularly with internal and external customers to gain a deep understanding of their use cases, businesses, and competitive landscapes.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to quantify the impact of platform initiatives.
• Utilizing internal feedback and usability testing to measure efficiency and time-to-market improvements for teams utilizing platform services.
• Evangelizing the Health Intelligence Platform for sales, internal customers, and external customers.
• Define and articulate the Health Intelligence Platform strategy.
• Gather a wide range of information from internal and external sources to drive commercially viable decisions for the product and organization.
• In consultation with our sales organization, drive bespoke strategies that best benefit our customers.
• Subject matter expert on the delivery mechanisms that exist within the Health Intelligence Platform.
• Collaboratively design, develop, and manage discreet product concepts as they move through our product innovation lifecycle.
• Bridge business goals, user needs, and scope feasibility as you help define, validate, and ship product work.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of product management experience or a similar role.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical concepts, including APIs, database structures, and SaaS Platform Architecture.
• Demonstrate expertise in emerging technologies for data and analytics.
• Foster relationships through collaboration and teamwork.
• Show a results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
• Previous life insurance industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Previous experience with medical data is an additional bonus.

Pay

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Schedule

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
