Senior Product Manager
Who we are
Predoc is on a mission to improve human health by connecting and organizing the nation’s healthcare data. We are building a reality where healthcare teams have access to the right data at the right time, enabling them to fulfill their core purpose: improving human health. We believe in amplifying clinical judgment and expertise, not replacing it.
We’re hiring for
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive high-impact product development across our Partner API, customer-facing workflow platform, curated data layer, and internal automation tools. This person will own key product surfaces that help healthcare teams understand, trust, and act on complex medical data workflows. This is a hands-on product leadership role.
What you’ll do
- Clarify ambiguous problems
- Define requirements
- Sequence and de-scope work
- Align engineering, design, AI/ML, operations, and go-to-market partners
- Drive rollout planning
- Manage post-launch stabilization
Who you are
- An experienced product manager who has personally launched 0-to-1 products or major product surfaces
- A hands-on operator who can drive projects from ambiguous customer problem through requirements, build, launch, enablement, and post-launch iteration
- Comfortable reasoning through customer workflows, operational workflows, data dependencies, APIs, edge cases, and technical tradeoffs
- Energized by products where the hard part is not just the UI, but the underlying workflow, data, automation, and trust model that makes the product actually work for users
- Works independently without heavy management and is excited to collaborate in person in NYC 2-3 days per week
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Experience personally shipping new products or major product surfaces 0-to-1, from idea to launch to post-launch iteration
- Strong product judgment and customer empathy, with the ability to define problems clearly and distill messy requirements into a coherent product direction
- Experience creating crisp product artifacts, such as PRDs, workflow maps, launch plans, rollout criteria, QA/UAT plans, and post-launch feedback loops
- Comfort working with engineering, design, AI/ML, data, operations, and go-to-market partners to drive cross-functional execution
- Comfort reasoning through technical workflows, including APIs, data dependencies, edge cases, integrations, and AI-assisted automation behavior
- Experience with B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, EHR/integration-heavy products, compliance workflows, or human-in-the-loop quality systems is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical, clinical, and business perspectives
