Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, discovery, and development of AI-powered products and capabilities.
  • Translate customer needs and business opportunities into clear product roadmaps while driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Own the AI product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, data readiness, and market opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery by researching customer needs, analyzing market trends, evaluating competitors, and identifying high-value AI opportunities.
  • Define product requirements, PRDs, MVP scopes, success criteria, and delivery plans for new AI capabilities.
  • Drive 0-to-1 product development initiatives, taking concepts from early validation through launch and scale.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to evaluate technical feasibility, data requirements, implementation approaches, and product trade-offs.
  • Establish AI product evaluation frameworks and measurable success criteria to assess performance and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, product marketing, customer success, and sales teams to prepare launches, enablement materials, and adoption strategies.
  • Use product analytics, customer feedback, and usage insights to refine priorities and improve product outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams through strong communication, strategic recommendations, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, including AI agents, autonomous workflows, model evaluation, enterprise AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Promote the adoption of AI tools and modern product practices to improve discovery, execution, and team productivity.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is a strategic product leader with strong experience building enterprise software products and a deep interest in artificial intelligence.
  • You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, leading cross-functional initiatives, and turning complex problems into impactful solutions.
  • 8-10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Product Management roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, or data-driven products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for new products from discovery through customer validation and launch.
  • Experience defining products from 0-to-1, including opportunity assessment, MVP definition, PRD creation, and early delivery.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as autonomous agents, agent orchestration, MCPs, AI evaluation, enterprise AI governance, trust, explainability, and responsible AI.
  • Able to translate complex customer and business challenges into clear product strategies and requirements.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combining customer insights, market data, technical considerations, and business goals.
  • Experience using prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ROI analysis, and Value vs. Effort evaluation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, product operations, marketing, customer success, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
