About the role
The Senior Product Manager will define the future of a leading commerce platform by shaping product strategy, innovation, and customer experiences. This role requires a strategic product leader who can navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a critical product area, driving end-to-end product development while ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution.
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy, leveraging AI-driven approaches to accelerate product discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
- Manage roadmap planning and prioritization, making informed decisions on scope, sequencing, trade-offs, and investments based on customer insights and business goals.
- Gather and synthesize qualitative feedback from customers, support teams, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Use AI tools to analyze feedback, explore data, prototype concepts, and validate product ideas before engineering investment.
- Create and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, release notes, and strategic briefs while using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, sales, and customer teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of customers by building trusted relationships, understanding business challenges, and translating needs into impactful solutions.
- Monitor product performance, analyze results, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve customer experiences.
- Present product strategies, progress, and business impact to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Experienced product leader with a strong background in SaaS platforms, enterprise technology, and AI-enabled product development.
- Comfortable managing complex ecosystems, influencing cross-functional teams, and making strategic decisions in fast-moving environments.
- 3+ years of proven product management experience within SaaS environments, ideally working with complex enterprise products, eCommerce platforms, or marketplace solutions.
- Experience managing AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.
- Strong understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, including strategy, execution, measurement, and business impact analysis.
- Demonstrated experience driving product strategy for complex, integrated software ecosystems.
- Experience using AI tools to synthesize research, generate insights, prototype workflows, and accelerate documentation processes.
- Ability to use data analytics and AI-assisted exploration methods to support evidence-based product decisions.
- Strong experience collaborating with engineering, design, business teams, vendors, and enterprise customers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive base salary range of $130,000 - $195,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
