We are a small (but growing!) team building a platform to transform software development on the Internet. We seek individuals passionate about making a significant impact on a close-knit, welcoming team that loves what they do.
About the role
Our team values in-person collaboration for meaningful connections and strategic decision-making, while also supporting remote work for flexibility and focus. We operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and up to two days remote.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Implement and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain APIs to enable seamless integration with other services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product through feedback and iteration.
- Support the team in adopting new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and manage complex projects.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to integrity.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
Skills
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
