About the role

The ideal candidate is a true product builder who combines analytical rigor, customer obsession, commercial acumen, and entrepreneurial ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate markets, consumer trends, demographic shifts, behavioral patterns, and competitive dynamics to proactively identify high-value opportunities for new products and services.
  • Conduct market sizing, customer discovery, persona development, behavioral analysis, and quantitative research to validate opportunities and build compelling investment cases.
  • Define the product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and requirements necessary to transform validated market opportunities into differentiated products.
  • Develop pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategy, growth projections, and launch plans while partnering across engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and business leadership.
  • Use data analysis, experimentation, and modern AI tools and agents to accelerate research, uncover consumer insights, validate hypotheses, and improve the speed and quality of product decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of product management or related product experience, with demonstrated ownership of products from 0→1 through commercialization and measurable revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to independently identify and size market opportunities, conduct customer and consumer research, analyze behavioral and market data, develop business cases, define product strategy, and drive products through launch.

Skills

  • Strong analytical rigor and product-development discipline associated with high-performing technology and product organizations.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to operate beyond traditional requirements gathering, backlog management, project management, or business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a sophisticated, high-velocity product environment such as Amazon, Google, Meta, Netflix, or a similarly rigorous technology or consumer-focused organization.
  • Experience taking a product from initial market opportunity through validation, business-case development, product definition, pricing, commercialization, and measurable growth.
  • Strong fluency in product analytics, including SQL, market sizing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and statistically valid experimentation.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven products, personalization, consumer matching, lead qualification, two-sided marketplaces, or data-driven consumer experiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and agents to accelerate market research, persona development, customer discovery, analysis, and product planning.
  • Background in performance marketing, AdTech, MarTech, consumer internet, lead generation, or high-volume digital environments.
