Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for senior care services within BUC
- Expand service breadth and scale, including new care models, partnerships, and digital tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, client relations, operations, and marketing
- Work with Provider team to evaluate and integrate third-party providers, ensuring quality and compliance
- Define and track success metrics, including utilization, satisfaction, and ROI
- Champion the caregiver experience, ensuring empathy and accessibility in every solution
- Has a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and performs research to understand Senior Care market opportunities with a goal of finding the best product market fit
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on senior care services, family caregiver support, or aging-in-place solutions
- Significant experience in the senior care industry, including familiarity with care delivery models, regulatory considerations, and caregiver needs
- Deep understanding of the senior care landscape, including care delivery models, caregiver navigation, and regulatory considerations
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital or service-based products
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare administration, public health, or related discipline)
- Background in senior care, health tech, or employee benefits
- Experience with HIPAA compliance or care provider networks
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Compensation
The salary for this position is between $108,000-$125,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
