Senior Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Partner with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, pain points, and opportunities that guide product direction.
• Transform insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a thoughtfully prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features that boost adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure impact and inform iteration.
• Balance near-term implementation needs with scalable, strategic solutions that serve the broader market.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Implementation Specialist, or CSM) is a huge plus.
• A knack for simplifying complexity, translating customer challenges into actionable product requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful features in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Top-notch communication skills, comfortable engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where ownership and initiative matter.
