Senior Product Manager

The Role

The Edge Strategist will own the strategic direction of Acquia's edge and security platform, turning it into a key competitive advantage. This role will define and drive product strategy, lead strategic partnership management, architect for an AI-driven traffic landscape, define commercial edge strategy, set team strategy, and maintain strategic visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on security, edge services, CDN, or platform infrastructure
• Strategic Partnership Management: experience owning strategic relationships with major technology vendors or partners, including roadmap negotiation, commercial terms, and long-term partnership governance
• Strong commercial instincts: experience in pricing, packaging, and product mechanics that turn technical capabilities into market-winning propositions
• Technical fluency in WAF, DDoS protection, CDN, and edge security architecture, sufficient to hold your own with senior security engineers and enterprise architects
• An understanding of how AI and automated traffic patterns are changing security, bot management, and API protection requirements
• A genuine conviction that security done well is a growth driver, not a cost center

Location

Must be based in US or Canada with availability aligned to Eastern Standard Time business hours

Pay Range

$150,000—$165,000 USD
