Senior Product Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and execute product strategy by establishing product roadmaps, measurable objectives, and priorities that align with business goals.
• Partner with engineering, UX, research, compliance, and business stakeholders to transform user needs into scalable digital solutions while ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met.
• Lead product delivery by managing backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements, refining user stories, facilitating planning activities, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
• Leverage customer research, product analytics, and performance metrics to validate product decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure success against defined outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams while communicating product direction, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
