Senior Product Manager, App Studio and Marketplace

Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager for App Studio and Marketplace, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zip’s App Studio (Zip’s proprietary low-code integration and agent workflow builder) and the emerging Marketplace.

You will shape the platform that powers how Zip connects to 3rd party systems; define how partners and customers build, deploy, and extend integrations; and drive an ecosystem that accelerates value for our largest enterprise customers.

This is a highly cross-functional and technically deep role responsible for advancing our low-code integration platform, enabling partner-built templates, and establishing Zip’s Marketplace as a core product differentiator.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Technical Solutions Consulting, Implementation Partners, and GTM leadership to deliver a platform that is reliable, scalable, configurable, and AI-augmented.

Your Qualifications

• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, event frameworks, data transformation, error handling, OAuth/credential flows, schema mapping).
• Experience building marketplaces, partner ecosystems, or extension frameworks where external developers build on top of the platform.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive product experiences for both technical and non-technical users.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across engineering, design, sales, customer teams, and partner teams.
• Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to operate in a fast-growing, rapidly evolving environment.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $245,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
