Requirements
- A degree or equivalent experience in a highly technical field like computer science, software engineering.
- Experience as a PM building platforms or highly technical products.
- Experience as an engineer or engineering manager building platform products, managing migrations and designing complex systems.
- Experience owning and driving roadmaps for teams that span multiple feature areas.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of product management experience or equivalent.
- History of building scalable and extensible platforms operating at mass scale.
- Experience digging deep into profiling or debugging complex problems.
- Comfortable with delving into individual features, the overall system, and implementation details.
- Excellent communicator and documenter, with fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, having worked in a fast-paced environment, with competing resources and priorities, through the product life cycle from planning, development, through to launch and continuing support.
- Organized, understanding that the best way to build something great is through the joint efforts of many people.
