Senior Product Manager, AI Developer Experience
About the role
The Senior Product Manager will build and own new AI developer tools like Airwallex’s Developer MCP tool, agent development toolkits, and direct integrations with other AI platforms to facilitate easier sing and integration with Airwallex. They will stay on top of the evolving trends for developers' ways of working, tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, N8N etc.), and design the product strategy roadmap for the team. They will identify what needs to improve with our current Client APIs, including SDKs, Product Documentation, Webhooks, Simulation APIs, and developer portal tools. They will advocate for and engage with the developer community, driving developer advocacy and growth, and drive adoption for the AI developer tools we ship. They will communicate product strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will analyze complex problems with attention to detail, using data and first-principle insights to guide decisions. They will demonstrate ownership and drive to rapidly implement ideas and solutions. They will collaborate effectively in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. They will balance user needs with commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth. They will engage in technical discussions and architectural planning with engineering teams.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 6 + years of overall professional experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another related STEM discipline.
- Experience in product management, ideally within Developer Experience or highly technical fields.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong desire to influence the developer community, with demonstrated social presence being a bonus.
- Closer attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights.
- Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time.
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth.
