As the modern workforce technology landscape rapidly evolves, AccuSourceHR is aggressively investing in next-generation product experiences. Our strategic vision centers on integrating deep platform automations, API-first integrations, data-driven operational insights, and highly practical, enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. We strive to empower HR leaders, talent acquisition professionals, and compliance officers to operate with unmatched operational efficiency, precise legal defensibility, and complete confidence. Position Overview AccuSourceHR is seeking an experienced, visionary, and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager, AI to own and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our practical AI and intelligent workflow automation initiatives. In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision, modern artificial intelligence capabilities, complex enterprise workflows, and scalable technical execution. Core Responsibilities & Technical Ownership 1. Strategic AI Vision & Product RoadmapFormulate, articulate, and maintain a multi-year product strategy and execution roadmap for AI-enabled features, automated agentic workflows, conversational analytics, and platform data insights.Translate complex customer operational challenges, corporate business objectives, technical capabilities, and strict compliance constraints into a clear, prioritized product backlog.Build rigorous, data-backed business cases for new AI capabilities, evaluating financial impact against net revenue generation, customer retention, operational cost reduction, risk mitigation, and market differentiation.Make authoritative architectural and product trade-off decisions, determining where Generative AI or Agentic approaches add true, defensible value versus where deterministic, rules-based workflow automation provides a superior, more predictable solution.Define precise MVPs, phased rollout plans, key operational risk controls, and clear metrics for success for every product release.2. AI System Architecture & Requirements EngineeringPartner intimately with engineering and data science teams to architect, build, evaluate, and scale AI-driven features, copilots, context-aware assistants, and multi-step autonomous workflow agents.Write detailed technical requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria covering prompt engineering, context management, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, structured output formatting, and model invocation logic.Architect multi-turn, natural-language interfaces capable of analyzing highly unstructured, complex background screening data to produce structured, defensible outputs (e.g., summaries, clear risk matrices, continuous status updates, and recommended next steps).Define system permissions, tool interaction boundaries, confidence thresholds, explicit fallback logic, automated escalation triggers, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) review requirements across all AI touchpoints.Modernize your own personal PM workflow by using modern AI platforms for user research synthesis, rapid wireframing, competitive analysis, data exploration, and requirements drafting.3. Workflow Mapping & Domain LeadershipCultivate deep operational expertise in end-to-end background check workflows, including criminal record research, drug and health screening, employment and education verifications, credential tracking, continuous monitoring, and document parsing.Map fragmented customer and internal operational workflows, identifying key opportunities to consolidate disconnected third-party integrations, data feeds, and manual review processes into cohesive, seamless software experiences.Evaluate integration depth, enterprise data contracts, identity permissions, and platform data quality, weighing build-versus-partner trade-offs as core product decisions.Conduct extensive discovery sessions with internal operators, customer HR teams, compliance counsel, and industry partners to ensure all product designs address real-world edge cases and regulatory constraints.4. Responsible AI, Governance & Performance MetricsEstablish comprehensive, cross-functional product governance frameworks alongside Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to manage sensitive consumer data, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), algorithmic bias, explainability, and auditability under FCRA and state regulatory guidelines.Design robust testing, evaluation, and observability practices, establishing golden datasets, offline evaluation scripts, human review sampling, LLM-as-judge benchmarks, and shadow-mode rollouts to continuously track and mitigate hallucination risks.Establish and monitor holistic product performance KPIs, tracking standard business metrics (adoption rates, user retention, task completion times, cost-per-outcome) alongside specialized AI metrics (acceptance rate of suggestions, task completion accuracy, escalation frequency, latency, and user trust scores).Maintain strict release-readiness protocols, ensuring all AI-driven features include comprehensive audit logs, data redaction mechanisms, transparent model attribution, and instant automated rollback capabilities. Candidate Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise workflow platforms, compliance software, HR technology, transportation tech, or data-intensive software products.Hands-on AI/ML Track Record: 1 to 2+ years of direct, proven experience shipping production-grade AI/ML, Generative AI, natural language interfaces, agentic workflows, or predictive data products to real-world end users.Feature Ownership: Demonstrated history of owning at least one major AI-driven capability from concept to launch (e.g., an intelligent co-pilot, automated document processor, recommendation engine, or agent-driven workflow).Technical AI Fluency: Deep, practical familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, context window management, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured JSON/XML outputs, vector search architectures, and model evaluation metrics.Product Mastery: Exceptional capability in defining core product strategies, authoring technical requirements, establishing telemetry and analytics, designing user journeys, and executing structured phased rollouts.Pragmatic Judgment: Strong product intuition with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize simple, deterministic code or standard UX over complex AI models when speed, cost, or strict predictability demands it.Regulated Domain Experience: Solid history of managing digital products that touch highly sensitive data, strict compliance regulations, or high-trust enterprise operational environments.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience in software product delivery. Preferred QualificationsBackground Screening & HR Tech Domain: Specific knowledge of background checks, drug/health screening, verification services, FCRA/EEOC compliance, continuous identity monitoring, or enterprise HRIS/ATS integrations.AI Ecosystem Familiarity: Exposure to advanced AI tooling, frameworks, and deployment environments such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or agent orchestration systems (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph).Advanced Evaluation Systems: Practical experience creating automated testing frameworks for generative models, including golden response datasets, shadow-mode testing, synthetic data generation, and custom LLM-as-judge pipelines.API & System Design: Clear understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, microservices architectures, data contracts, enterprise SSO/permissions, and multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure.
