Senior Product Manager, AI Core Platform
About the role
ROLE SUMMARY: As part of LSEG Enterprise AI, we are hiring a Senior Product Manager – AI Core Platform to define and drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the foundational platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable and governed AI expansion across LSEG product portfolio. Enabling engineering teams to rapidly build AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform and ensuring a market leading AI experience for LSEG’s customers
Responsibilities
- Defines the vision, strategy and roadmap for LSEG's AI Core Platform.
- Owes product direction for enterprise AI platform capabilities including AI Gateway, MCP SDK, IAM, orchestration, scale and shared platform services.
- PARTNERS WITH ENGINEERING TO DELIVER SECURE, SCALABLE AND HIGHLY AVAILABLE PLATFORM CAPABILITIES.
- ESTABLISHES PLATFORM STANDARDS, APIs AND REUSABLE SERVICES THAT ACCELERATE AI PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ACROSS LSEG.
- DRIVES ENTERPRISE ADOPTION OF COMMON AI INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEVELOPER TOOLING.
- COLLABORATES WITH SECURITY, ARCHITECTURE, GOVERNANCE AND RISK TEAMS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ENTERPRISE POLICIES AND RESPONSIBLE AI STANDARDS.
- WORKS CLOSER WITH PRODUCT TEAMS ACROSS LSEG TO UNDERSTAND PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS AND PRIORITIZE ROADMAP INVESTMENTS.
- DEFINES SUCCESS METRICS AND MONITORS PLATFORM ADOPTION, OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE.
- ENGAGES WITH STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS AND CLOUD PROVIDERS TO SHAPE PLATFORM CAPABILITIES AND LEVERAGE EMERGING AI TECHNOLOGIES.
- CONTRIBUTES TO LSEG'S LONG-TERM ENTERPRISE AI STRATEGY BY DELIVERING FOUNDATIONAL CAPABILITIES THAT SUPPORT INNOVATION AT SCALE.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, MCP Servers, API gateways, orchestration frameworks and enterprise security is essential.
- Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management or Developer Platform products.
- Experience delivering enterprise software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred
- Exposure to financial data, analytics systems and enterprise-scale data workflows.
- Familiarity with BI tools, metrics stores, distributed tracing and monitoring stacks.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and establish group-wide standards.
- Experience working within large-scale, regulated technology environments is preferred.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS INFORMATION: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $147,500 - $245,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
