Senior Product Manager, AI

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the vision and roadmap for AI-powered search experiences that help legal professionals find and use information more effectively. You will partner closely with engineering and machine learning teams to turn user needs into measurable product outcomes, while continuously improving relevance, usability, and search quality. The position calls for strong judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to balance customer expectations with scalable product decisions in a fast-moving technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $157,300 – $212,800 annually Responsibilities Define the product vision for AI search tailored to legal professionals' needs. Translate user challenges into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes. Oversee planning and execution with engineering and ML teams, focusing on regular shipping of updates. Establish metrics for search quality and use evaluation techniques to drive improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify access to documents, emails, and records in search. Make strategic product decisions regarding search experience, relevancy, and usability. Stay informed on advancements in AI and legal technology to proactively address customer expectations. Qualifications 5-7 years of product management experience in search or AI technologies; legal technology experience preferred. Proven track record of improving search relevance and user satisfaction. Ability to effectively lead and inspire engineering and machine learning teams. Strong technical understanding of search technologies, including lexical and semantic retrieval. Excellent communication skills for aligning customer needs with technical capabilities. Discerning judgment to prioritize impactful search problems.
