Senior Product Manager - AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered solutions alongside leadership
• Manage the product backlog to reflect business priorities and customer needs
• Create clear product specifications with comprehensive acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering and design for timely delivery of product features
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities for smooth product execution
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions focused on customer impact and technical feasibility
• Monitor the delivery pipeline for blockers and risks, facilitating solutions to keep projects on track
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to validate ideas and set product priorities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development, legal technology, or product management
• Passion for building innovative products with a willingness to learn about emerging AI technologies
• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making and product prioritization
• Metrics-driven mindset with analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data
• Experience with scrum or other product development methodologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear presentations to senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
