Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for our customers.
  • Contribute to the design and development of user-friendly interfaces and features that enhance the Squarespace platform.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, providing feedback and iterating on product features based on user needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the Squarespace platform remains at the forefront of digital creation tools.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly.

Qualifications

  • Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital platforms.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.

Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Pay
