Senior Product Manager, Actimize

At a Glance

NICE Actimize is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Cloud Product Management team. The role involves defining product requirements, driving product development, and ensuring successful delivery to market. This position focuses on Data Intelligence products and Client Lifecycle Management applications to bring innovative solutions to the KYC space.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in areas such as Know Your Customer, customer onboarding, KYC screening, and data products.
• Research, gather, and define product requirements driven by client & market needs.
• Own roadmap plans and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, Partners and other client commitments.
• Partner with product managers and marketing on go-to-market messaging.
• Write market requirements documents that effectively communicate requirements to Technical Product Management, R&D, and other relevant technical teams.
• Support project implementations and sales teams as subject matter expert for the Fraud space and the assigned products, including technical product expertise.
• Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues with optimal business outcome across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Auxiliary in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience defining complex software products for financial services.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager of complex B2B software.
• Experience with Cloud Product Management and Delivery is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Advanced Analytics products or teams is advantageous.
• Personal Qualities: creative, dynamic, hard worker, self-starter, assertive, energetic.
• Ability to work in a fluid, start-up like environment.
