About the role

As a Senior Product Manager at Windfall Data, you will own the end-to-end customer-facing analytics application. Reporting to the VP of Product, you'll bridge the gap between complex data and actionable insights. You will drive product strategy, mentor junior PMs, and collaborate with engineering to build world-class workflows that empower GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, goals, and success criteria for the customer-facing application from discovery through launch.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in engineering, design, and data science to simplify complex data into intuitive user experiences.
• Engage directly with over 1,500 customers to translate core market problems into impactful features that drive adoption and retention.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager building SaaS products with a track record of driving customer growth.
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools like Amplitude, Pendo, or FullStory and a strong understanding of the modern data stack.
• Technical depth to navigate architectural trade-offs alongside engineering while maintaining a sharp sense of design and customer empathy.
