About the role

You will define and execute product strategy for solutions focused on enterprise content management, workflow automation, and AI-enabled operational transformation for financial institutions. You will partner with engineering, design, clients, sales, implementation, compliance, and leadership to identify market opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, regulatory readiness, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise content management, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions serving financial institutions.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends across banking, credit unions, fintech, and financial services technology.
  • Build business cases and recommend product investments using market analysis, client feedback, competitive intelligence, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with engineering and user experience teams to define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics across the product lifecycle.
  • Prioritize product features, backlog items, and release plans based on customer value, strategic alignment, and operational impact.
  • Engage directly with financial institution leaders, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define use cases for intelligent document processing, workflow orchestration, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner with sales, implementation, solution consulting, and marketing teams to support product positioning, launch readiness, client adoption, and retention.
  • Represent the product organization in customer meetings, advisory councils, executive presentations, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for enterprise software or financial technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, credit unions, fintech, payments, lending, document management, workflow automation, or related financial services technology.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and launching enterprise software products in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience defining product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for complex technology solutions.
  • Experience building business cases, evaluating product investments, and using market and customer insights to support product strategy.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives, clients, developers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as Hyland, OpenText, Laserfiche, M-Files, or Box.
  • Experience with workflow automation, intelligent document processing, robotic process automation, or AI and machine learning-enabled business applications.
  • Experience supporting banking operations, lending, deposits, servicing, compliance, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to product management practices or mentoring less experienced product team members.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Pay

The starting salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
