Senior Product Learning Expert (Fixed Operations expeirence required)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Learning Expert (Fixed Operations experience required) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape product learning experiences that help internal teams and customers understand complex functionality and apply best practices effectively. You will partner closely with technical and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product knowledge into clear, engaging training that supports adoption and performance. The position also owns the development of scalable learning assets and continuous improvement of training programs in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning programs on product functionality and best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate training content
• Create diverse training content suitable for various delivery platforms
• Manage training development projects aligned with business goals
• Contribute to instructional consistency through frameworks and templates
• Participate in feedback collection and analysis for training optimization
• Mentor junior contributors in instructional design

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of instructional design experience, preferably in automotive fixed operations
• Expertise in creating eLearning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and instructor-led training (ILT) content
• Strong project management skills to execute end-to-end training initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate technical training
• Proven capability in gathering learner feedback and implementing continuous improvement processes
