About the Opportunity

The Senior Product Training Specialist role within the Customer & Partner Education team is designed to expand the reach and support of the platform globally, primarily serving Commercial and Mid-market accounts. This role is responsible for delivering structured training programs that enable customers to quickly realize value from the connected operations platform. By guiding customers through learning journeys and making complex concepts accessible, this position helps ensure customer success across multiple industries served by the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate cohort-based group training programs from onboarding to advanced adoption
• Design innovative learning experiences linking physical and digital content with live sessions and community engagement
• Create and update training materials in alignment with team standards and product changes
• Utilize internal and external tools to optimize training delivery
• Demonstrate expertise and confidently answer diverse customer questions in live sessions
• Manage logistics for live training sessions including registration, delivery, Q&A, and follow-up resources
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Education teams to refine content and share customer feedback
• Identify knowledge gaps and work with relevant teams to address them through targeted programs
• Promote and embody the organization’s cultural principles during global scaling efforts

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills tailored to large, diverse audiences
• Experience delivering scalable training programs and live webinars or virtual instructor-led training
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across organizational levels
• Capability to develop digital learning assets using AI tools and authoring software
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and program development
• Self-directed learner with analytical skills to evaluate and improve training effectiveness
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent training programs with attention to detail and organization
