Senior Product Engineer - (Hybrid in NYC -- Relocation Supported)

What You Will Do

• Use AI and agentic tools in every part of your work.
• Own product areas end-to-end: discovery, user research, prioritization, specs, design direction, implementation, QA, launch, and measurement.
• Build delightful consumer and coach-facing product experiences across web and mobile surfaces.
• Work directly with coaches and clients to understand pain points, workflows, and opportunities.
• Develop AI-powered features to help coaches deliver better, more personalized guidance.
• Improve personalization of workouts, nutrition recommendations, habits, sleep interventions, and behavior-change support.
• Build systems to identify meaningful patterns in client data (workouts, meal logs, messages, habits, wearable data).
• Define clear success metrics, test plans, and evaluation frameworks for AI-powered features.
• Contribute to a high-agency, in-person NYC team obsessed with helping people get healthier.

Example Problems

• Help a coach instantly understand a client’s recent activity and next steps.
• Generate adaptive workout recommendations based on adherence, injuries, preferences, goals, progress.
• AI-assisted meal-log feedback that changes behavior.
• Detect early signs of client motivation loss and prompt coach intervention.
• Use wearable data to inform guidance on sleep, recovery, workouts, mood.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills, especially with React and Node.
• Experience improving LLM outputs with evals and fine tuning.
• Able to move from user interview to prototype to production quickly.
