Senior Product Engineer - Americas

About the role

We are looking for a versatile, persistent product engineer who is comfortable setting up reusable building blocks across the stack and advocating for the time and space to do so. At Ashby, all our engineers ship features end-to-end at a high pace.

Responsibilities

• Research competitors, write product specs, and design interfaces.
• Build automated interview scheduling systems that calculate possible times from a pool of interviewers and present them to candidates.
• Create generalized declarative filter architectures that allow users to create complex filters for any record with a consistent UI and compile it to SQL in the backend.
• Built a feature allowing users to complete signing offers entirely within Ashby, involving customer interviews, technology selection, and integration with additional features.
