Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our Payments and Risk Platforms.
- Your ownership, vision, and ability to deliver will directly impact several KPIs such as:
- Payment transactions including deposit and withdrawals
- Product Fraud and risk mitigation
- Transaction integrity and intelligence
- Treasury, settlements and reconciliation
- Operational dashboards, data and reporting
- Maintain and improve payment success rates, reduce friction, and optimize payment routing.
- Cultivate strategic alignment across Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable operations.
- Communicate clear, data-backed recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
- Build, monitor, and communicate results of real-time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards, leading indicators, anomaly detection, alerting).
- Champion a customer-first, research-driven culture while balancing risk/fraud and regulatory constraints.
- Build a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication, innovation, and career growth while holding Product Managers accountable and striving for excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in developing successful digital products, including 5+ years managing Product Managers.
- Expertise in designing, launching, and optimizing large-scale Payment and Fraud platforms in highly regulated (AML) digital industries (e.g., online gaming, fintech, banking, payments, identity).
- Expertise in creating and maintaining roadmaps, while also training direct reports on best practices.
- Track record of leading and delivering large-scale products from conception through to completion.
- Proven ability to engage Data Scientists and ML teams on predictive or automated capabilities.
- Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira.
- Expertise in funnel analytics, experimentation, and data-driven product development.
- Executive-level communication and storytelling to offer effective updates and streamline communication to a broad audience.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with vendor orchestration, model monitoring, and risk decisioning platforms.
- Background building platform capabilities (rules engines, feature stores, experimentation frameworks).

Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $212,750.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.
