We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description paragraph, responsibilities list, requirements list, skills list (some overlapping). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate. The description includes multiple sentences; we can put that in

under About the role heading. Responsibilities: many bullet points. We'll create

  • for each. Requirements: list of bullet points (education, experience, etc). We'll put under Requirements heading. Skills: list of bullet points (technical skills, soft skills). We'll put under Skills heading. We must not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. Description paragraph: "The Senior Product Development Engineer II will lead strategic development initiatives for the design, development, and launch of new products from concept through commercialization. Responsible for leading design efforts required for the design and development of new products, product revisions and processes, from conception into feasibility, through launch in a timely and cost-effective manner while meeting customer requirements. The Senior Product Development II will utilize their technical experience and project leadership to mentor the engineering team, support the implementation of product improvements, cost reductions, and product issue resolution efforts for existing product lines. The Senior Product Development Engineer II is responsible for leading all Design Control activities required in the development of products and processes for the biopharmaceutical and fluid transfer industries assuring that all design control activities are completed in accordance with current GMP, ISO and QMS requirements. Design and develop products for NAI from concept to finished product following all Design Control procedures. Leading complex projects or platforms, including team members, responsible for all phases of product life cycle, including prototyping, design and development, validation and launch. Translate market and customer requirements into robust, manufacturable product designs. Manage and oversee prototyping, testing, validation, support regulatory compliance activities. Responsible for design plans, design documentation, design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, support hazard/risk mitigation strategies and all applicable verification/validation testing for the completion and release of products. Develop specifications, bill of materials, technical packets, Assembly Instructions and Work Instructions for projects. Responsible for the design, validation and implementation of the tooling and fixtures needed for the manufacture, assembly and inspection of the product. Responsible for the review of designs to ensure manufacturability and verify costs to meet project requirements. Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for design, performance, or quality issues. Analyze existing products to identify areas for improvement, carries out product improvement plans, update applicable design documentation including product and process validation as required. Collaborate with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, designers, and product specialists to optimize designs, materials and manufacturing processes for manufacturability. Support the stage-gate and design control process and assist in the transition as the project moves through to completion. Collaborate with customers, marketing, sales, manufacturing, quality and regulatory regarding new products, improvements and changes throughout the product life cycle. Perform feasibility studies/ROI calculations on projects to provide support for new capital improvement projects. Mentor and coach Level I/II engineers; review technical work and provide guidance Champion continuous improvement in design standards, processes, and product performance. Validate and qualify new equipment and/or processes ad required. Assist with manufacturing to resolve production issues as required. Submit status updates to Engineering Management." That's a long paragraph; we can keep as is. Responsibilities: Actually the description already includes many responsibilities; but we can still separate responsibilities as bullet list. However the instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The posting has many duty sentences; we can convert them into bullet list. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can either keep description as prose and also list responsibilities? Might duplicate. Better to treat the description as About the role (prose) and then responsibilities as bullet list extracted from the same sentences? But that would duplicate content. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we split into prose and list, we might be duplicating but not losing info. However we risk redundancy but still preserving. The instruction didn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy? It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine responsibilities into the About the role prose and not have separate Responsibilities section. But then we would not have a Responsibilities heading, which is okay if no specific content for it. However the posting does have responsibilities content; we could put them under Responsibilities heading as list. The About the role could be a brief summary. But we must not invent content; we can summarize? Summarizing might be considered summarizing away detail, which is not allowed. So we need to keep all detail. If we put responsibilities as list, we need to ensure we capture all duty sentences. The description already contains them; we could just move them to list and not repeat in About the role. Then About the role could be a short intro maybe first sentence? But that would be summarizing? Actually we could keep About the role as a short paragraph that is not a summary but maybe just the first sentence? That would lose detail. So better to not have About the role heading at all? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must include About the role; we include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have a description that could be considered About the role. But if we move all detail to Responsibilities, About the role would be empty or just filler. So we should not include About the role heading. Instead we can have Responsibilities heading with list of duties, and Requirements heading with list, Skills heading with list. That covers all content. Thus output:
