Senior Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to drive the bring-up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with external vendors, design, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead wafer-level and package-level NPI bring-up for silicon programs, including first silicon debug, characterization, and yield ramp.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between ATE and internal partners for test strategy, ATE bring-up, and silicon qualification, driving alignment on PDE characterization plans, DFT coverage, and engineering FA for root-cause and preventive action.
• Define and drive PDE silicon characterization plans covering key tests (scan, mbist, IObist, functional) and features, including analog mixed-signal designs.
• Analyze product yield limiters and drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package levels.
• Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market.
• Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers, and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements.
• Influence next-gen products through collaboration with architecture, software, and test teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverage.
• Experience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment and understanding of software-hardware dependencies.
• Exposure to Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is:

• 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 3
• 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
