What You Will Do
- Lead wafer-level and package-level NPI bring-up for silicon programs, including first silicon debug, characterization, and yield ramServe
- As the primary technical interface between ATE and internal partners for test strategy, ATE bring-up, and silicon qualification, drive alignment on PDE char plan, DFT coverage & engineering FA for root-cause & preventive action.
- Define & drive PDE Silicon characterization plans covering key tests (scan, mbist, IObist, functional) & features covering analog mixed-signal designs.
- Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level
- Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market
- Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements
- Influence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.
What We Need To See
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverage
- Experience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment
- Understanding of software-hardware dependencies
- Exposure to both Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus
Pay
Competitive salaries and a generous benefits package. Base salary range is $136,000 - $212,750 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $258,750 for Level 4. Equity and benefits are also provided.
