Responsibilities

• Lead complete product design process from insight to high-quality implementation
• Deliver user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Spearhead design of growth-oriented products to improve conversion and engagement

Requirements

• At least 3 years of consumer-facing internet product design experience
• Strong visual design skills delivering pixel-perfect, high-fidelity design drafts
• Experience designing growth products, conversion flows, or user acquisition mechanisms

Skills

• Design experience in growth products, marketing campaigns, or financial exchanges (nice to have)
• Proficient in motion design or prototyping to convey transitions and interactions (nice to have)
• Exposure to data-driven design interpreting behavioral data or A/B test results (nice to have)

Work authorization

Existing Singapore work rights prioritized. Mandarin language skills required.
