About This Role

We are seeking a senior product designer to run the full arc of product design, from early discovery to launch. This role requires adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong focus on outcomes.

You’ll Be Working On

• Working directly with clients and their teams, from early discovery through launch
• Owning design across the full engagement lifecycle, including UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, research, data visualization, and design systems work
• Running discovery workshops and alignment sessions, facilitating feedback with clients and their users
• Partnering closely with engineering throughout
• Ensuring design QA happens and that shipped products reflect the craft and intent behind them

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of relevant design experience
• A track record of launching real products, not just polished concepts
• Communication above all, with a strong ability to write and speak effectively
• Self-direction and ownership, with the ability to scope and manage work
• Comfort with ambiguity, both in design and business
• Design systems thinking as a core competency
• Someone already integrating AI into their practice and excited about it

Nice to Have

• IoT and connected-product experience
• React, HTML, and CSS proficiency (our team uses these technologies)
• Experience designing for data-heavy or analytical products
• Experience designing agentic or AI-driven products

Compensation

USD $70 per hour
