Senior Product Designer | US

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive design for features from initial problem framing to deployment and evaluation
• Conduct direct customer feedback sessions to inform design choices
• Enhance the usability and overall user experience continuously
• Manage and update the company’s design system, balancing new creations with existing components
• Review and refine existing user interfaces for consistency and improved functionality
• Determine the necessity of a visible UI for new workflows vs. potential invisible AI integration
• Design holistic experiences that incorporate both traditional UI and AI-driven interactions

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product design experience, especially with large enterprises
• Proficient in designing AI-driven interfaces, determining necessary UI versus automation
• Skilled in prototyping using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI-assisted methods
• Experienced in prompt engineering for building conversational agents and understanding AI capabilities
• Ability to integrate and optimize design systems while managing component reuse
• Strong user-focused research skills, including usability testing and customer discovery
