- Strong UI/Visual Design portfolio (Modern, Clean, Accessible)
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy dashboards
- Strong Product Design mindset
- Expertise in Design Thinking & Human-Centered Design
- Experience creating:
- Information Architecture
- User Flows
- Wireframes
- Interactive Prototypes
- High-Fidelity UI Designs
- Hands-on experience with:
- Figma
- Zeplin
- Dscout
- Lyssna
- Miro (Preferred)
- Experience conducting:
- User Interviews
- Focus Groups
- Usability Testing
- A/B Testing
- Strong understanding of:
- Design Systems
- Responsive Design
- Accessibility (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
- Experience using AI tools for wireframing and rapid prototyping
Preferred Background
- Experience designing products in one or more of: EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise SaaS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 7+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI expertise (Portfolio link is mandatory)
- Experience with responsive web applications
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards
- Authorized to work in the United States
