Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

About The Role

Join our design team to create beautiful, intuitive digital experiences. You'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to transform complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from research to final implementation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in digital products
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
• Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and gather requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience designing AI/ML interfaces or data visualization
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Motion design and prototyping skills
• Experience with design tokens and design ops
• Background in graphic design or illustration
