Senior Product Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This remote role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance.

You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed designs requiring no clarification
• Identify effective industry patterns and create new ones as needed
• Analyze competitor landscape to inform product strategy
• Iterate and enhance products using user feedback and analytics
• Communicate design decisions effectively across teams
• Work closely with engineering for feasible and accurate implementation
• Flexibility to perform duties outside normal work hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of related experience
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Self-starter in a dynamic work environment

Pay

$112,400 – $149,800 annually
