About the role
Adobe Design is seeking a Senior Product Designer to modernize and elevate Adobe’s Monetization Platform. This role involves redefining customer experiences in pricing, packaging, checkout, upgrades, and retention across B2C and B2B segments. The position leverages AI tools to accelerate design processes and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to deliver data-driven and user-centered flows.
- Bring design to life and implement experience designs from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, iterating and refining designs based on feedback and insights.
- Elevate the visual and interaction quality bar across surfaces, ensuring every detail communicates trust, clarity, and value.
- Introduce modern UI patterns, motion, and progressive disclosure to reduce friction and cognitive load.
- Proactively collaborate across teams to align on strategy and design patterns.
- Leverage AI for rapid prototyping and concept exploration, understanding its potential to transform design and product development workflows.
Requirements
- A strategic designer with a strong product sense and visual craft, passionate about solving complex problems within a product domain.
- Deep experience in interaction and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful systems of thinking and elegant execution.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their potential to transform design and product development workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI for rapid prototyping and concept exploration.
- An eagerness to deeply engage with and understand quantitative and qualitative data at scale.
- Proven track record designing for digital products with measurable impact on both user experience and business performance indicators.
- Collaborative especially within cross-functional teams while working autonomously with ownership over the entire project.
- Ability to synthesize findings into insights that inform and inspire design, including understanding of mixed methods of qualitative UX research and customer journey mapping.
- Great storytelling and confidence in presenting work at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent working knowledge of industry standard UX tools.
- Flexible, embraces ambiguity, takes initiative, and learns new skills.
- Understanding of A/B testing practices, customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Design globally, accounting for language, culture, and regional norms.
- Designs with a wide range of users in mind, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $124,600 -- $234,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
